1. What Artiweave is
Artiweave is an AI proposal generator that turns sales-call transcripts into polished, on-brand proposals with narrated video walkthroughs. The product is currently in early access ahead of general availability in 2026. By using this website, joining the waitlist, or using early-access features, you agree to these terms.
2. The waitlist is not a guarantee
Joining the waitlist reserves nothing but a place in line. Early access rolls out in waves, at our discretion, and we may prioritize, delay, or decline access to anyone. You can leave the waitlist at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email.
3. Early access, honestly described
- Artiweave is free during early access. No card is required, and nothing converts to a paid plan without your explicit agreement.
- It is pre-release software: features may change, break, or be removed without notice, and availability is not guaranteed.
- We may reset, migrate, or cap early-access accounts as the product evolves. Where data would be affected, we'll warn you first when reasonably possible.
4. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service. In particular, you agree not to:
- Upload transcripts or content you don't have the right to use, including recordings made without any legally required consent of participants;
- Use Artiweave to generate deceptive, fraudulent, or unlawful material;
- Probe, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service, or resell access to it;
- Attempt to access other users' data or circumvent link expiry and revocation controls.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
5. Your content stays yours
Your transcripts, and the proposals and videos generated from them, remain yours. We claim no ownership of them. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transform your content solely to provide the service — to generate your drafts, render your videos, and serve your buyer links. That license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for short-lived backups that expire on their own schedule. Artiweave's own software, models, templates, and branding remain ours.
6. AI output needs your judgment
Read this one twice
Artiweave produces drafts. The system is designed to ground every claim in your transcript and to flag gaps rather than fill them — but AI can still make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing every proposal, price, and video script before it goes to a client. Nothing Artiweave generates is legal, financial, or professional advice, and a generated proposal is not a binding offer until you decide to make it one.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost deals, or lost data. Because early access is free, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service during early access is limited to US $100 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain exclusions; where that's the case, these limits apply only as far as the law allows.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access — with notice where practicable — for breach of these terms, legal necessity, or discontinuation of the early-access program. On termination, your right to use the service ends; your ability to export or delete your content survives for a reasonable wind-down period.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [PLACEHOLDER — jurisdiction, fill before deploy], without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product moves toward general availability. When we do, we'll update the effective date above and, for material changes, notify waitlist members and early-access users by email before the changes take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.
11. Contact
