What we collect today
Artiweave is pre-launch. The only personal data this website collects is:
- Your email address, if you submit a waitlist form. It is tagged with a segment label ("ga-waitlist") so we can email the right group when access opens.
- Standard server logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data (IP address, browser type, requested pages) to serve the site and protect it from abuse, as any web host does.
That's it. We do not run analytics, advertising trackers, or fingerprinting scripts, and we do not set cookies.
The localStorage fallback
If the waitlist submission fails to reach our email provider (for example, you're offline), your email may be saved in your own browser's localStorage so the signup isn't lost. That data lives on your device, not our servers, and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
Fonts and your IP address
This site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts' CDN. When your browser requests those font files, your IP address is disclosed to Google as a technical necessity of serving the file. Google states it does not use Google Fonts requests for advertising profiles. If this matters to you, a browser-level blocker will stop the request; the site remains readable with system fonts.

How long we keep it
- Waitlist emails: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete you, or until the waitlist is retired after launch — whichever comes first. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.
- Server logs: kept by Cloudflare for short operational windows under their own retention schedules; we do not archive them.
- localStorage fallback: stays on your device until the signup succeeds or you clear your browser storage.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the providers above.
Your rights
Wherever you are, we honor these on request:
- Access — ask what we hold about you (for most people: one email address).
- Deletion — ask us to erase it; we'll remove you from Loops and confirm.
- Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
- Withdraw consent — unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email, or by writing to us.
If you are in the EU/EEA or UK (GDPR): you additionally have the rights to rectification, restriction of processing, and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
If you are a California resident (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, and to opt out of "sale" or "sharing." We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the CCPA, and we do not use sensitive personal information beyond what's described here. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
When the product launches (forward-looking)
Not yet in effect
This section describes commitments for the Artiweave product at general availability. It does not apply to the waitlist website today, and will be finalized in an updated policy before the product processes customer data.
At GA, Artiweave will process sales-call transcripts and generate proposals and video walkthroughs from them. Our commitments:
- Zero-retention, no-training AI agreements. Transcripts sent to AI providers for processing will be governed by agreements under which the provider retains nothing and trains on nothing.
- Encryption everywhere. Transcripts and derivatives encrypted in transit and at rest.
- One-click deletion. Delete any transcript — and every proposal, script, and video derived from it — in one action.
- Expiring, revocable buyer links. Proposal links are unguessable, expire on your schedule, and can be revoked instantly.
Changes to this policy
If we change what we collect or how we use it, we'll update this page, revise the effective date above, and — for material changes affecting waitlist members — tell you by email before the change takes effect.
